Employees@UofT is a secure and intuitive web application that allows HRIS users to query and download information about the employees that belong to their organization unit(s). Users can generate simple employee lists for their department(s) using HR criteria such as personnel subarea, employee subgroup, gender, rank, etc.
The application also allows users to generate applicable employee lists for use in preparing Absence Reporting uploads, run New Hire/Termination reports, and view Senior Academic Administrator information.
Employee information contained in this application is refreshed in our data warehouse every weekday morning before 9:00 AM.
Service Availability: Daily, 4:00 AM to Midnight.
